Kwan Li Geng, Thomas

 

Thomas graduated and was awarded Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Multimedia University Melaka in 2010. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 17th June 2011 and is in active legal practice since then. He had worked and collaborated with several learned litigation lawyers before setting up his own law firm, Messrs Kwan Chambers in late 2013 (now known as Messrs. Kwan Goh & Co.). Throughout his legal practice, Thomas gained wide experiences and proficiencies in litigation and dispute resolution matters, particularly in the areas of commercial, construction, employment, matrimonial and succession matters. Thomas has a knack for practical solution and prefers to have a big picture approach when it comes to tackling issues for his clients.

Partner

Goh Nai Hsing

Goh Nai Hsing obtained her LL.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, in 2005. She began her career as in-house counsel with established public listed companies, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate and commercial matters.
She was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor and has since built a diverse practice encompassing corporate advisory, conveyancing, trusts, and civil litigation. She was a Partner at Rajinder & Goh for over 10 years before joining the Firm as a Partner in March 2022.
Her areas of practice include corporate and commercial transactions, property-related matters, trust structures, and dispute resolution. She advises developers and corporate clients on sale and purchase agreements, financing and security documentation, as well as a broad range of commercial contracts.
She also provides strategic legal counsel in family law, estate administration, trust-related matters, and civil litigation, and is recognised for delivering clear, commercially grounded and solution-driven advice to achieve practical and effective outcomes for her clients

Senior Associate

Ong Poo Soon

 

Mr. Ong graduated from University Malaya whilst serving in a Local Government. He also holds a Masters Degree in Law from the same university. He has a wealth of experience in Municipal Laws and Public Health Regulations. He is actively involved in strata management and advises Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations on various matters such as debt recovery and dispute resolution. Mr. Ong passionately advocates for transparency and accountability in local authorities.

Associate

Nursyafiqah Binti Shahabuddin

 

Syafiqah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2023 and thereafter she joined Messrs. Kwan, Goh & Co. as a pupil under the tutelage of Ms. Kayla Goh. Following the successful completion of her pupillage and her subsequent admission to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2024, Syafiqah commenced as a Legal Associate with the firm. In her current role, Syafiqah regularly assists the Partners of the Firm in real estate, probate and administration matters.
